As a certified dive master and former dive operations owner, I've had lots of experience shooting video of friends and clients on fantastic dives only to realize that I was not experiencing the same dive they were. Instead of taking in the full beauty and awe of the dive, (like the time a dozen wild dolphins decided to play with us in 75 feet of water off the coast of Belize), I was messing with camera controls, concentrating on getting the shot, and really only experiencing the dive though a small video monitor... but now...
